Diva and Jeet Adani’s pledge during their February 5 nuptials set the stage for this Adani Foundation-led effort. Aimed at women aged 25-40 with certified disabilities, beneficiaries were selected via Youth for Jobs. The fixed deposits, facilitated by State Bank of India, guarantee monthly income and principal access after a decade.
On X, Gautam Adani shared profound insights, blending family milestone with philanthropic zeal. He reiterated the annual commitment to aid 500 such women, describing the joy of witnessing renewed confidence in their lives. ‘No achievement rivals the smile on a daughter’s face,’ he noted, invoking paternal pride and prayers for endurance.
The festive gathering at Belvedere Club Lawn in Shantigram unveiled a publication detailing empowerment narratives. Dr. Priti Adani emphasized sharing personal joy for broader societal impact, framing it as a duty-bound emotion.
