In a resounding start to his Singapore sojourn, UP CM Yogi Adityanath finalized three game-changing MoUs with Universal Success Group amounting to ₹6,650 crore. The agreements focus on cutting-edge group housing, logistics hubs, and hyperscale data centers, forecasted to unlock more than 20,000 job opportunities.
During discussions, the Chief Minister emphasized UP’s investor-friendly policies, enhanced connectivity networks, fortified industrial ecosystem, and accelerating infrastructure projects. He pledged comprehensive support and expedited permissions, extending an invite for the data center team to visit Lucknow.
Headlining the deals is a ₹3,500 crore theme-based township on 100 acres near Jewar Airport in YEIDA jurisdiction, projected to employ 12,000 by 2027 and spotlight the region internationally.
A ₹650 crore logistics facility on 50 acres along Kanpur-Lucknow highway follows, creating 7,500 roles from 2027 onward to invigorate logistics and exports.
Completing the set, the ₹2,500 crore 40 MW data center park in Noida/Greater Noida on 10 acres will hire 1,500 staff by 2028, advancing UP’s ambitions in the data economy.
These milestones signal robust economic propulsion for Uttar Pradesh, enhancing investment ecosystems, spurring urbanization, and delivering substantial employment gains for the coming years.
