Chhattisgarh’s administrative machinery is gearing up with a robust framework to iron out issues spanning various ministries, as disclosed by Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal on February 25 in Raipur.
Speaking candidly, Jaiswal revealed that a complete blueprint has been drawn up well in advance. ‘All our actions align with this structure,’ he noted, highlighting the foresight in tackling departmental conflicts.
The process involves inclusive ministerial huddles. Ministers converge to exchange ideas and devise fixes. ‘Through open dialogue, we ensure no problem derails our development agenda,’ Jaiswal elaborated.
A prior meeting exemplifies the model’s efficacy: over 100 concerns raised, 16 swiftly resolved. ‘Timeliness is crucial to avoid setbacks in growth initiatives,’ the minister stressed.
Currently, 50% of problems stand resolved. Certain areas, including transport, demand phased approaches. Jaiswal gave a firm assurance: ‘We commit to solutions when conditions are ripe.’
By institutionalizing such mechanisms, Chhattisgarh is fortifying its governance model, paving the way for sustained advancement and effective public service delivery.
