Axar Patel returned unbeaten after scoring 21 runs with the help of 3 sixes in 5 balls. Batting first, the Chennai team had a target of 180 runs to win in front of Delhi, which Delhi team won the match by losing 185 wickets with one ball remaining.
Duplessis made a brilliant half-century for Chennai, then Rayudu and Jadeja batted in the last over to take the team’s score to 179 for 3 in 20 overs.

He scored an unbeaten 21 off five balls which helped Delhi register their first win in the current season chasing the target.
