    Naiduniya representative, Chhatarpur: Panic spread among the teachers and students in the Government High School Simaria situated under Bhagwan police station when a local youth Anki Mishra came with a sword and started abusing the teachers and threatened to kill them. He slapped the student Manish Kushwaha and other students. The students and teachers somehow showed courage and snatched his sword and intervened.

    Mahesh Kumar Jain, a teacher posted in the school, said that last year also the accused had created a ruckus in the school in the same way and obstructed government work. He had no dispute with any teacher or student. He came suddenly and started threatening everyone. An application was given to the police regarding Tuesday’s incident, after which the police arrested the accused.

    Fraud by changing ATM card

    A case of ATM fraud has come to light in Maharajpur. Former minister Indraprakash Chaurasia and his daughter tried to withdraw money from the State Bank of India ATM, but only a slip was coming out again and again. A young man pretended to withdraw money by changing the card and replaced Chaurasia’s ATM card.

    Later, a total of Rs 40,000 was fraudulently withdrawn from Chaurasia’s account. Chaurasia has lodged a complaint with the bank and the cyber cell and demanded strict action.
