Indian Railways: Gomo (Dhanbad), Bantesh Sharma-13320 Up Ranchi-Dumka Intercity Express deteriorated due to AC malfunction, the health of three passengers deteriorated. Due to this, the outraged passengers created a ruckus at Gomo station. The train stopped at a quarter to two hours at Gomo station. Due to this, the passengers had to face a lot of problems. RPF Inspector Santosh Kumar Jha and Senior Section Engineer Ram Narayan reached the station as soon as the information about the uproar and tried to convince the passengers, the passengers shouted questions.
Family members took sick woman with Dhanbad
The Ranchi-Dumka Inter City Express reached platform number four of Gomo station at 4:40 pm on Tuesday evening. The AC coach of the train was worse than Ranchi. Due to this, angry passengers created a ruckus. The uproar intensified after the health of a female passenger deteriorated. The family took that sick woman and went to Dhanbad by road. AC technician Santosh Kumar failed to fix AC. Employees of the Carage Department opened both emergency windows of AC coach. The passengers of the second coach started opposing the passengers of AC coach after seeing the train being late. After this, the ruckus calmed down. Passengers did many times as soon as the train opened. The train left for the destination at 6:26 pm.

Passengers furious over not fixing AC
Passengers of Ranchi-Dumka Inter City Express said that the AC of the train was bad from Ranchi. The coach’s TTE sent a message to the control, but no one came to fix the AC in Muri and Bokaro Steel City. Due to this, angry passengers created a ruckus at Gomo station. Passengers were assured to add a second AC coach to Dhanbad.
