Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, the helm of India’s Navy, asserted during a youth conclave in Ranchi that the country stands tall as a strategic superpower. Global forums heed only the mighty, he noted, as India surges towards ‘Viksit Bharat by 2047’ with unwavering momentum.

Friday’s ‘Developed India-2047’ dialogue at Tender Heart School featured Admiral Tripathi in conversation with students from eight Jharkhand schools. Special guest Defence Minister of State Sanjay Seth witnessed the inspiring exchange.

The Navy Chief detailed the force’s readiness for protracted battles and triumph over adversities. Responding to a student’s concern over arms buildup in a peace-preaching world, he explained: ‘Capability underpins peace; empty words fall short.’ India eyes swift self-sufficiency in arms manufacturing.

Insightful replies flowed on security matters, youth responsibilities, leadership traits, SSB interviews, and world affairs. Four pillars for success, he recommended: positive outlook, self-belief, moral fiber, and grand visions.

Happiness should be a default state, not a pursuit, he counseled, easing life’s complexities. Youth can propel developed India by upholding integrity, toiling diligently, and executing tasks with devotion.

Sanjay Seth beamed with local pride over the Admiral’s engagement, crediting such forums for igniting service zeal. The gathering comprised chairman Sudhir Tiwari, school heads, guardians, top brass from Army and Navy, and vibrant student crowds. Vice-Principal Shivangi Shukla expertly steered proceedings.
