Al Falah Group Chairman’s Family Property in Mhow Ordered Demolished

In Madhya Pradesh, an unauthorised family property associated with Al Falah Group chairman Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui has been given a strict three-day deadline for demolition by the Mhow Cantonment Board. The notice targets alleged unauthorised constructions at a residential property in the Mukeri Mohalla area. This action is taking place against a backdrop of intense investigation into a recent Delhi blast, where Al Falah University, under the purview of the Al Falah Group, is reportedly playing a significant role. Cantonment Engineer H S Kaloya elaborated that the property, identified as house number 1371 on survey number 245/1245, has a documented history of non-compliance with directives issued under the Cantonments Act, 1924, dating back to the late 1990s. The latest order mandates the legal heirs or current occupants to dismantle the unauthorised structures promptly. If they do not comply, the cantonment board will execute the demolition and claim the costs. The property belongs to the late Moulana Hammad, father of the Al Falah Group chairman. This situation unfolds shortly after the apprehension of Hamood Ahmed Siddiqui, brother of Jawad Siddiqui, for a long-standing financial fraud in Mhow. Furthermore, the prime suspect in the Delhi blast, Dr Umar Un Nabi, was a student at Al Falah University, raising serious questions about the institution’s affiliations and oversight.
