On the evening of April 29, a heartbreaking accident occurred in the Bannadevi police station area of Aligarh, which brought a happy family to waste in a few minutes. A high speed car was brutally hit by a bike-riding family near Bhikampur located on the Delhi-Kanpur highway. Bina Devi (45) died on the spot in this tragic accident, while her husband Mahendra Singh and Natini Aditi were seriously injured.

Returning from the relative’s here, the evening filled with happiness changed into mourning

Mahendra Singh, who is a resident of Amrauli, a village in the police station Jawan area, is a common farmer. He along with his wife Bina Devi and Natini Aditi went to the relative’s village Bahlolpur in Gabhana. He was returning home by bike in the evening after a day -long meeting and family conversation. But perhaps he did not even know that this journey is going to turn into the biggest tragedy of his life.

As soon as his vehicle reached the highway near Bhikampur, an uncontrollable car hit a direct hit. With the help of passers -by, the police immediately rushed the three to JN Medical College, but doctors declared Bina Devi dead. The condition of Mahendra Singh and innocent Aditi remains critical, and his treatment continues.

Car driver in custody, but impossible to compensate the pain

As soon as the incident was reported, the Bannadevi police station reached the spot and seized the high speed car. The driver has been taken into custody and further action is being taken. However, the question still remains that how many more families will be ruined due to such careless drivers? Does justice become justice only by arrest?

Weeds in the house, a wave of mourning in the village

As soon as the news of Bina Devi’s death reached Amrauli village, a wave of mourning ran in the entire village. The family became insensitive crying. Mahendra Singh, who himself is seriously injured, could not even see his wife a glimpse. Aditi, who is still groaning with pain on the hospital bed, may not still know that her grandmother is no longer in this world.

When did the growing road accidents be curbed?

This accident is not just a family story, but it is a warning for the entire state and the country. Every day such accidents are happening in Uttar Pradesh, where careless driving, high speed and road safety rules are ignoring people. Those who drive vehicles on the highway often ignore traffic rules, which common citizens have to bear the brunt.

The number of road accidents has increased in Aligarh and its surrounding areas in the last few months. Especially on the Delhi-Kanpur highway, such accidents have come to light, where pedestrians, two-wheelers and young children lost their lives.

Questions arising on administration and transport department

In such cases, questions also arise on the responsibility of the administration and traffic department. After all, why not adequate speed monitoring on these highways? Why do not breakers and warning signals? Why not check the speed of vehicles and the driver’s negligence?

Bina Devi’s death does not remain just a figure, so it is necessary that this accident be taken as a warning. The administration should take quick action by marking such black spots.

Woman’s death, innocent injuries, and husband’s broken courage – full story of a life

Bina Devi was a housewife, who was the backbone of her family. He was respected in the village, people used to call him as “Bina Bhabhi”. Aditi, who is still studying in school, was very attached to her grandmother. This accident is not only physical for him, but also mentally a deep trauma.

Mahendra Singh, who is still hospitalized, gets conscious, he will get the biggest shock when he will be told that his spouse is no longer in this world.

    Demand for justice and reform

Local people and family members have demanded from the administration that not only the accused driver should be punished severely, but also strong traffic control arrangements should be made on that highway. Along with this, there is a demand for providing financial assistance to the victim’s family.

This accident is a lesson for all of us

We must remember that a small mistake on the road can take away someone’s life. This incident teaches us that while driving, restraint, caution and following rules are guaranteed to protect life.

Do you also know a family that has been a victim of such an accident? What is your opinion on road safety?
