Assault Allegations at BCCL in Dhanbad: Attendance Clerk Claims Attack

Hardev Kumar Yadav, an attendance clerk at the Dahibari OCP in the BCCL CV Area, has accused Shivlal Ram and three others of assault. The incident reportedly occurred while Yadav was on duty. The complaint states that his attendance register was thrown away and his mobile phone was taken. Yadav alleges the attack was in relation to a demand to falsely mark attendance. The Joint Front met with Project Officer Debashish Chakraborty following the incident, requesting action against the accused individuals. The project officer assured that the matter would be investigated internally and a formal case would be filed. Attempts to obtain a statement from Shivlal Ram have been unsuccessful.
