Geely’s Galaxy M9 PHEV, a plug-in hybrid SUV, has generated significant interest in the market, accumulating over 40,000 pre-sale orders within a single day. The vehicle, which comes in six variants, is priced between 193,800 and 258,800 yuan. The car is intended for families, providing a 6-seat configuration and a focus on extended hybrid performance. The design of the Galaxy M9 is derived from the Galaxy Starship concept, featuring an LED light bar that connects the front headlamps and a LiDAR sensor. The car’s dimensions are 5,205 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, 1,800 mm in height, and a wheelbase of 3,030 mm. Inside, the vehicle offers a 2+2+2 seating arrangement with power-adjustable seats, heating, ventilation, and massage functions in the front rows. Rear passengers will have access to a 17.3-inch 3K display, a folding table, and a 9.1-liter refrigerator. The cargo space is 328 liters with all seats in use, and increases to 2,171 liters with the second and third rows folded. A 27-speaker Flyme audio system, a digital instrument cluster, a head-up display, and dual 30-inch touchscreens complete the interior.
