Hyundai India has launched the next-generation Hyundai Venue and its performance-oriented sibling, the Venue N Line, introducing a significant upgrade to its compact SUV lineup. This latest iteration boasts a striking new design, a technologically advanced interior, and enhanced safety features, including Level 2 ADAS, aiming to capture a larger share of the burgeoning compact SUV market.
The exterior design has been completely reimagined, featuring a bold new grille with dark chrome elements and distinctive quad-beam LED headlamps. The C-shaped DRLs and a sleek connected taillight bar contribute to its modern and premium appearance. New 16-inch alloy wheels and subtle body enhancements add to its dynamic profile. The rear end presents a muscular look with connected taillamps and a prominent 3D Venue badge.
Inside, the Venue’s cabin is a major talking point. It sports a sophisticated dual-tone interior in dark navy and dove white, accentuated by a new terrazzo texture on the dashboard trim. The centerpiece is the impressive twin 12.3-inch curved display system. Rear seating comfort is improved thanks to a longer wheelbase, and convenient features like rear AC vents, sunshades, and reclining seats are included for enhanced passenger experience.
Safety has been significantly bolstered with the introduction of Level 2 ADAS. This suite of advanced driver assistance technologies, along with standard features like six airbags, ESC, a 360-degree camera, and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, ensures peace of mind. Premium convenience features such as wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, a voice-activated sunroof, ventilated front seats, and ambient lighting further enhance the driving experience.
The powertrain options for the new Venue include a 1.2L petrol, a 1.0L turbo petrol, and a 1.5L diesel engine. The diesel engine is now available with an automatic gearbox. The Venue N Line is exclusively equipped with the 1.0L turbo petrol engine, offered with manual or 7-speed DCT options. The new Hyundai Venue is competitively priced, with the range starting at Rs 7.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
