The Maruti Suzuki Victoris heralds a new era for the automaker, showcasing seven innovative features never before seen in a Maruti vehicle. This SUV is designed to redefine the driving experience and establish a strong presence in the competitive SUV market. The Victoris boasts a 10.1-inch infotainment unit, featuring a redesigned user interface and advanced technology, including Alexa Auto voice AI, an app store, and internet connectivity. This system is exclusively available in the fully loaded ZXI variant and supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A notable addition is the underbody CNG tank, a first for Maruti vehicles, which optimizes the vehicle’s boot space. The SUV also comes with a gesture-controlled powered tailgate, a convenient feature available in the top-spec ZXI and ZXI+ variants. The Victoris further introduces Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), a suite of safety features including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, autonomous emergency braking, high-beam assist, forward collision warning, and rear cross-traffic alert. This technology is included only in the ZXI+ variant, coupled with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The vehicle is equipped with a 10.25-inch full digital driver display, offering essential driving information at a glance. The display is available on the ZXI, ZXI+ and VXI strong-hybrid variants. Interior aesthetics are enhanced by the inclusion of 64-color ambient lighting, a feature exclusive to the ZXI+ variant. The audio experience is enhanced by an 8-speaker Infinity sound system, which includes a center speaker, subwoofer, Dolby Atmos surround experience, and an 8-channel amplifier, available exclusively in the ZXI+ variant. The Maruti Victoris is planned for a Diwali 2025 launch, with an estimated starting price of ₹9.75 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete with prominent compact SUVs such as the Maruti Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Toyota Hyryder, Kia Seltos, and Honda Elevate.
