Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India is passing on GST benefits to customers through price reductions on its range of two-wheelers. The adjustments are in response to the 2025 GST reforms implemented by the government. These price cuts are effective from September 22, 2025, and can result in savings of up to ₹18,887 across different Honda models.
The revised GST structure impacts two-wheelers based on engine size. Those with engines below 350cc now attract an 18% tax rate, down from 28%, leading to price cuts for popular models like Activa, Shine 125, Unicorn, and CB350. Conversely, bikes with engines larger than 350cc now face a higher tax of 40%, up from 31%.
Customers can expect the Activa 110 to be up to ₹7,874 cheaper, while the Activa 125 will see savings of up to ₹8,359. The Dio 110 and 125 models will also have reduced prices, approximately ₹7,157 and ₹8,042 lower, respectively.
The Shine 100 and Shine 125 will be available at reduced prices of approximately ₹5,672 and ₹7,443. The newly launched Shine 100 DX is also more affordable, with a price cut of ₹6,256. The Livo 110, Unicorn, SP125, and SP160 models are now cheaper for commuters, with prices reduced by approximately ₹7,165, ₹9,948, ₹10,635, and ₹8,447.
The CB125 Hornet now costs ₹9,229 less, while the Hornet 2.0 sees a price reduction of up to ₹13,036. The NX200 also has its price reduced by ₹13,978. The CB350 H’ness, CB350RS, and CB350 premium bikes are now available at reduced prices of approximately ₹18,598, ₹18,857, and ₹18,887, respectively.
