The iPhone 17 Pro Max, part of the upcoming iPhone 17 series, is available for pre-booking now with delivery slated to begin soon. This model is set to compete against the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. This comparison offers a look at the key features of these two high-end smartphones.

**Display Specifications:** The iPhone 17 Pro Max is equipped with a 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR display, incorporating ProMotion technology, which allows for a dynamic refresh rate that varies from 1Hz to 120Hz. To further enhance visibility, the display features a 7-layer anti-reflective coating.

Meanwhile, the Samsung foldable phone showcases an 8-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex screen, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2600 nits. It also has a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X cover display, also with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The cover display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, and the main inner screen uses Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for protection.

**Performance & Processing Power:** The iPhone 17 Pro Max features the A19 Pro Bionic processor, designed for high-speed performance and efficient multitasking, along with a vapor cooling chamber to dissipate heat. The foldable phone incorporates the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. According to a review by Nanoreview Net, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 demonstrates superior performance in gaming and CPU tasks; however, the Apple chipset may offer better battery life.

**Camera Capabilities:** The iPhone has a 48MP triple fusion camera system. Its tetraprism telephoto camera allows for up to 8x optical zoom and 40x hybrid zoom capabilities. This system promises improvements in zoom quality, portrait photography, and macro shots. The Samsung foldable phone includes a 200MP primary camera, complemented by a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 10MP telephoto camera. Additionally, there’s a 10MP camera on the cover display and another 10MP sensor on the interior screen.

**Battery and Endurance:** Although Apple typically doesn’t publicize battery specifics during product launches, reports suggest a 5000mAh battery in the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The company estimates the device can provide up to 39 hours of battery life on a single charge. The foldable phone also features a 5000mAh battery, designed to offer dependable power during everyday use.

**Price Structure:** The iPhone 17 Pro Max is priced at ₹1,49,900, ₹1,69,900, ₹1,89,900, and ₹2,29,900 for the 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB storage models, respectively. While pre-orders are underway, there is a possibility of delivery delays. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be available at prices of ₹1,74,999, ₹1,86,999, and ₹2,16,999 for the 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB configurations.
