Navdunia representative, A case of rape of a girl has come to light in Jahangirabad police station area of the city. The accused youth used to work in a beauty parlor with the victim. There was friendship between them. He was physically exploiting the girl for two years on the pretext of marriage. Recently the girl came to know that he is marrying someone else. When the girl pressured him for marriage, he flatly refused. After this the girl reached the police station and lodged a complaint. The police have registered a case under sections of rape and started searching for the accused youth.
Jahangirabad police station said that the 21-year-old girl lives in Kolar area. She works in a beauty parlor. A young man named Rohit Bundela used to do hair cutting work. While working together, the two became good friends. On January 1, 2022, on the occasion of New Year, Rohit called the girl to meet him and took her to Shahpura Lake. While returning from there, he took her to the room of a friend living in Barkhedi. There he forcibly raped the girl. When the girl protested, he silenced her on the pretext of marriage.
Even after that, he took the girl to different places several times and had physical relations with her. Whenever the girl asked him about marriage, he would postpone it by making some excuse or the other.
Recently the girl got information that he is marrying another girl. When the girl talked to the young man about this, he became upset and clearly refused to marry her and ended all contact. After this the girl lodged a complaint in the police station. Police say that the accused youth will be arrested soon.
