    According to the complainants, the accused is refusing to get the land registered. The accused says that his money related to the land deal is stuck with someone else. The police may soon arrest the accused property broker in this case.

    Navdunia Representative, Bhopal Bhopal Crime News. A property broker cheated people of about 43 lakh rupees by luring them to sell plots in Katara Hills area. Police have started investigation by registering a case of fraud against the accused in this matter. The accused has not been arrested yet.

    According to SI Savita Vasudev posted at Katara Hills police station, about half a dozen people including Sanjay Singh had given a written application to the police that they had bought a plot of land from Mahesh Meena in his colony. They had also paid about 43 lakh rupees for this. Despite this, the accused is not getting it registered, nor is he returning the money.

    When the police questioned the accused Mahesh Meena, he told that he had bought the land from Narayan Patidar for Rs 9.6 crore, but he was unable to pay the money for the land within the stipulated time. So his contract ended and he had borrowed money from people on the same land. After investigation, an FIR has been registered against the accused Mahesh Meena. Now the police is talking about arresting him soon. At present, the police is busy investigating the case.
