Ahead of the forthcoming assembly elections in Bihar, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has made a commitment to ensure that the opposition will not allow any vote tampering to occur. He stood by his claims of potential vote theft.

On Monday, Gandhi stated on X, “We pledge – not a single vote will be stolen in Bihar. We will protect democracy and the Constitution with all our might.”

Gandhi, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, also extended his gratitude to prominent opposition leaders from various parties within the INDIA bloc, acknowledging their contribution to the ‘Voter Adhikaar Yatra’s’ success.

He expressed his thanks, stating, “Heartfelt thanks to Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Dipankar Bhattacharya, Mukesh Sahni, Bihar Congress leadership, the Congress’s Babbar Sher, INDIA workers, and the youth of the state for making the Bihar Voter Adhikaar Yatra historic.”

Speaking to ANI, Gandhi remarked on the broad reach of the slogan “Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhodd,” even suggesting it had gained international attention, “It has now reached China.”
