    The Bihar government has unveiled a recruitment drive for 2025, presenting a valuable opportunity for individuals who have completed their intermediate education. The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC) is set to fill 4142 positions, including those of Prohibition Constable, Mobile Squad Constable, and Jail Warder. The online application process will begin on October 6th, offering a golden opportunity for 12th-pass candidates to secure government jobs.

    Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official CSBC website, csbc.bihar.gov.in, by November 5th. The recruitment drive encompasses 1711 positions for Prohibition and Mobile Squad Constables, alongside 2417 vacancies for Jail Warders. The notification for this recruitment was issued on September 26th, providing detailed information about the application process and eligibility criteria.

    To be eligible, candidates must have passed their 12th-grade examination from a recognized board. Equivalent qualifications from the state government’s Madrasa Board and Sanskrit Board are also acceptable. The age limit for applicants is set between 18 and 25 years, with age relaxation provisions for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

    The application procedure involves accessing the official website, csbc.bihar.gov.in, and navigating to the Prohibition Dep tab. Applicants should then click on the apply link, complete the registration process, fill out the form, upload required documents, pay the fees, and submit their applications.

    The selection process includes a written examination, physical efficiency tests, physical standard tests, document verification, and other relevant procedures. The written examination will consist of 100 questions, totaling 100 marks, to be completed within a duration of two hours.
