In a disturbing event in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh, Naxals committed a brutal act, killing three villagers and abducting twelve others into the forest. All abductees were eventually released, but the incident has left the community in fear.
The three villagers killed were Jaggu Modiyam, Anil Mandavi, and Soma Modiyam. Following the murders, twelve more individuals were taken from the village and moved to the forest.
Information obtained suggests that several of the abducted villagers were also beaten. The twelve villagers were released and subsequently returned to their homes.
The local community is living in fear following the incident. Police and security forces are on high alert and are investigating the matter.
