A disturbing incident has come to light in Bokaro’s Phusro area, where a woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances at her in-laws’ residence. The deceased, Lalita Devi, was married to Vijay Sharma. While the in-laws claim she committed suicide by hanging herself, her brother, Tej Lal Thakur, has accused them of murder. Authorities from the Petarwar, Kasmar, and Jaridih police stations are investigating the matter. The police have taken possession of the body and sent it for a post-mortem examination to ascertain the cause of death. The family of the deceased has demanded that action be taken against the in-laws. Police officials assured the family that a thorough investigation will be conducted and action will be taken against those responsible. After the incident, the in-laws were not seen at the scene. The police are awaiting the post-mortem report to determine whether it was a case of homicide or suicide. Police officials were present to oversee the investigation and maintain order.
