The event unfolded amidst heavy rainfall, leading to an immediate rescue operation that commenced yesterday evening. One body has been retrieved from the scene. The local authorities are actively searching for the remaining two missing persons. A team of divers is actively involved in the search, collaborating with local fishermen and boat operators. Drone cameras are being deployed to survey the water’s surface and surrounding areas, in an attempt to understand the direction of any potential drift or where the individuals may have become trapped. An SDRF team from Bilaspur is on its way to offer additional assistance. Administrative officials have confirmed that all available resources are being utilized and that they are prepared to manage any situation that might arise. The rescue team is maintaining close communication, keeping a vigilant watch over the situation.
