    Raipur / A meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai was held today at Mandir Mahanadi Bhawan. As part of the ministerial-level discussion on the main budget and new item proposals for fiscal year 2025-26, a comprehensive discussion was held on the budget proposals of departments under Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. The Finance Minister Shri O.P. Choudhary was also present at the meeting.

    The meeting discussed budget proposals from the Religious Trusts and Religious Endowments Department, Electronics and Information Technology, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Village Industries, School Education, General Administration, Higher Education, Tourism and Culture, Public Grievance Redressal, Commercial Tax (Excise), Transport, Public Relations, Mineral Resources, Aviation, Good Governance and Convergence, and Energy departments.

    During the budget discussion, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Subrat Sahu, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Subodh Singh, Finance Department Secretary Shri Mukesh Kumar Bansal, Mineral Resources and Public Relations Department Secretary Shri P. Dayanand, General Administration Department Secretary Shri Avinash Chmpawat, Agriculture Department Secretary Smt. Shahla Nigar, Village Industries Secretary Shri Yashwant Kumar, and senior officials from the respective departments were present.
