    Case registered in police. The search for the accused builder and his associates continues. The accused had purchased the land of the co-operative society with fake documents. Without taking building permission, they built flats on that land and sold it to people.

Fraudulent builder Omprakash Kriplani, who bought the land of Housing Society Limited against the rules and then sold the building without the permission of building permit, and his other associates in fraud will soon be caught by the police. Following the complaint of complainant Rajkumar Pandey, Kamalanagar police station registered a case on Friday and started searching for him. Police say that FIR has been registered after complete investigation. Now the accused will be arrested and presented in the court.

    Police officials say that the complainant’s complaint has been investigated. During this investigation, the builder neither presented the membership documents of Samrat Ashok Grih Nirman Samiti Maryadit nor the building permit. Besides, he had also sold the temple and park land of the colony present in the Town and Country Planning map. The builder did not have any legal explanation for that either. The FIR has been written only after examining all the necessary documents and facts. Now the police is searching for Omprakash Kripalani and his associates.

    OP Kripalani and his associates of Ashima-Asnani Builders had illegally purchased land in Kotra Sultanabad in 2000 despite not being members of the Samrat Ashok Grih Nirman Samiti. For this he had got fake documents prepared. Later, he built Rishi Complex residential colony on the same land and sold 17 flats. In this colony, land was not left even for park and public use. Even after this, he got fake documents prepared and sold them without taking permission from the building permit.

    The affected people had lodged a complaint against this fraud in the Collector Office and Tehsil Office, there a long investigation was conducted. Based on the investigation and evidence of the Revenue Administration, the police on Friday registered an FIR against builder Omprakash Kriplani, Jaya Kriplani, Vishan Ashnani, Manoj Bulchandani, Lalji Sharma and others under sections including fraud.

    Police investigation in the fraud case of Asnani Builders has been completed. Soon the accused will be arrested, so that the judicial process can start.
