    Collector, SDM, Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar and booth level officers will come under its ambit. The final publication of the voter list will take place on January 6, 2025. If transfer during this period is necessary from administrative point of view, then prior permission will have to be taken from the Election Commission.

    Voter list is getting ready

    The state voter list is being prepared as on January 1, 2025. Its draft will be published at all district headquarters on Tuesday. After this, applications will be taken for addition, deletion and modification of names. Booth level officers will sit at 64,523 polling stations. Special camps will be organized and door-to-door survey will also be conducted.

    Transfers of officers and employees stopped

    Transfers of officers and employees engaged in preparing the voter list will not be possible until the final publication of the list.
