    The High Court has warned that in case of any lapse in this matter, action will be taken against the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district and the SHO of the concerned police station for contempt of court.

    The High Court has expressed displeasure with this instruction in a scathing comment, saying that it is worrying that the instructions given earlier to the Superintendent of Police of Gwalior were not properly followed. Therefore, the compliance report from every Superintendent of Police should be received by him within a period of one month from today and thereafter, every place including every room located in the concerned police station should be provided with CCTV camera coverage area within a period of two months thereafter.
