    Troubled by all this, the girl finally complained about the matter to the police. According to the police, a case has been registered. After which the accused has also been arrested. During interrogation, the accused has told his name as Karan.

After the death of Atiq and Ashraf, pressure was put on him to transfer the said properties in their name. DCP Nagar Abhishek Bharti said that on the orders of the Police Commissioner Court, both the properties have been confiscated under the Gangster Act. According to the Additional DCP, Atiq’s illegal properties were revealed in the investigation of the Cantt Police. Atiq had got it registered in the name of someone else.
