CG Weather Forecast: The weather pattern is going to change once again in Chhattisgarh. According to the latest update released by the Meteorological Department, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of thunderstorms and hailstorm with lightning in some parts of Bilaspur, Raipur and Durg divisions in the next 24 hours. Due to the effect of clouds, the maximum day temperature in Raipur and other cities has dropped by three degrees below normal.
According to the Meteorological Department, a western disturbance, in the form of a trough, is located in the middle troposphere at an altitude of 5.8 kilometers, at 50 degrees east and 25 degrees north. A trough extends from South Chhattisgarh to South Tamil Nadu up to a height of 0.9 kilometres. Due to its effect, there is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall at many places in the state on 26-27 February.

According to the Meteorological Center, during the last 24 hours, there was light rain in some parts of Bastar including Korba, Pendra, Charama. Apart from this, it was cloudy in other parts and due to high wind speed, cold was felt. It is estimated that in the next two days, there is a possibility of change in the weather of the state like clouds, rain along with thunder and hailstorm.
A similar warning has been issued by the Meteorological Department for Bilaspur division as well as adjoining Raipur and Durg divisions. The impact of rain is expected in Surguja and Bilaspur areas on Tuesday.
