Chhattisgarh High Court Cracks Down on Highway Hazards, Issues Notices to NTPC and SECL

The court voiced concerns about the liquor shops and the encroachments made by the dhabas near the highways. The court is particularly concerned about the risk posed by unauthorized parking areas in front of these establishments. Following the submission of a report detailing a black spot in Mungeli district, the court has issued notices to NTPC and SECL, demanding a response on the matter.
