    Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has propelled the development agenda in Jashpur district, inaugurating completed projects and laying foundations for new ones totaling Rs 40.89 crore. This significant investment aims to foster comprehensive growth, particularly in the Farsabahar region, by upgrading essential infrastructure and social amenities.

    The ceremony marked the inauguration of four completed projects worth Rs 4.16 crore, primarily focusing on enhancing rural road networks. These include the 1.70 km Maskamara to Lavakera main road (Rs 1.81 crore), the 1.00 km Ambakchar approach road (Rs 1.29 crore), and the 0.90 km Mundadih approach road (Rs 95.53 lakh), all crucial for improved local accessibility and connectivity.

    The event also saw the groundbreaking for nine ambitious new projects, carrying a total value of Rs 36.72 crore. The largest among these is the Pamsala–Saraïtola 11.50 km road construction, allocated Rs 23.96 crore. Additionally, plans are underway for a new Rest House building in Farsabahar (Rs 1.72 crore) and a Sludge Treatment Plant (Rs 31.38 lakh). A key focus is on bolstering educational infrastructure for tribal students with the construction of several Post-Matric Tribal Boys’ Hostels and Pre-Matric Tribal Boys’ Hostels across various locations like Kolhenjhariya, Farsabahar, Pandripani, Lavakera, and Tapkara, with individual project costs ranging from Rs 1.52 crore to Rs 1.91 crore.

    These multifaceted projects underscore the state government’s commitment to an inclusive development model. By prioritizing enhancements in rural connectivity, sanitation, education, and tribal welfare, Chief Minister Sai is reinforcing his pledge to ensure that developmental gains permeate every village in Jashpur, fostering widespread progress and well-being.
