Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren reached the residence of former minister late Jagarnath Mahto in Alargo village, Chandrapura block today. The Chief Minister participated in the “Brahma Bhoj” program of the late Nemnarayan Mahto ji, father of former minister late Jagarnath Mahto and father-in-law of former minister Shrimati Baby Devi. Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren paid heartfelt tribute to the departed soul of late Shri Neminaryan Mahto by offering flowers at his photograph. Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren prayed to Marang Buru to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this hour of grief. Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren met former minister Shrimati Baby Devi and her family and expressed his deep condolences and offered them solace.
It is noteworthy that on October 21, 2025, Nemnarayan Mahto ji, father of former minister late Jagarnath Mahto and father-in-law of former minister Baby Devi, had passed away. He left behind a large family.
