Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren reached his ancestral village Nemra in Ramgarh district today with his family. The Chief Minister paid emotional tribute to his family member Jagdish Soren by offering a wreath on his mortal remains. The Chief Minister prayed to God for the peace of the departed soul. The Chief Minister also participated in the last journey and funeral rites.
It is known that late Jagdish Soren was the uncle of Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren (cousin of Rajya Sabha MP Dishom Guru Shri Shibu Soren). He passed away on 17 May 2025. He has left behind a full family including two sons and a daughter.
