    Information about various public welfare schemes will be provided in the camps, and application forms/formats for beneficiary-oriented schemes will be made available. A block-level officer should be made in charge of each camp, who will ensure the proper operation of the camp. All officers at the development block and sub-division levels will be present in the solution camps, and some officers from the district level will also be present. Similar arrangements should be made in the camps of urban bodies as well.

    Chief Minister Shri Sai said that he himself, Deputy Chief Ministers, Ministers, Chief Secretary, Secretary in-charge and officers of the state government will also participate in some camps and will meet with the applicants to get information about their problems and their resolution. Extensive use of information technology will be made to make this festival more effective. Proper training arrangements will be made for taking applications, their entry, monitoring and resolution processes.

    Participation of Public Representatives

    The District Collector will ensure that local Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly and other public representatives participate in this festival and that they are provided with the necessary information on time.

    Surprise Inspection of Development Works

    The Chief Minister said that surprise inspections of the implementation of various development works and schemes being carried out in the state will be done by him. Feedback will be taken about the benefits people are getting from various schemes. Ministers in charge, Secretaries in charge will also adopt this process at their level.

    Organization of Review Meeting

    A meeting will be held with the officers at the district headquarters after noon, in which the status of disposal of applications received in the solution camps and the implementation of various schemes and projects will be reviewed, and the future action plan will be discussed. Point-wise review sheets will be provided from the state level.

    Press Conference and Meeting with Various Organizations and Citizens

    Chief Minister Shri Sai said that he will address a press conference after the review meeting or at an appropriate time and will meet with various organizations and citizens.
