Along with his wife Smt. Kaushalya Sai, he fed young girls, wishing for the prosperity of the state’s residents.

Raipur, April 6, 2025/Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today performed prayers to Maa Durga at the Durga temple located in Bagia village, Jashpur district. On this auspicious occasion, he, along with his wife Smt. Kaushalya Sai and family members, duly worshiped the Goddess and wished for the happiness, prosperity, and well-being of the people of the state.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and Smt. Kaushalya Sai respectfully fed young girls with traditional devotion and affection, and received their blessings.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that the worship and respect of girls on the occasion of Ram Navami, while preserving our cultural roots, also brings to life national campaigns such as ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ (Save the girl child, educate the girl child). This sends a message that girls are not only the foundation of the family, but also of the nation’s development. Their respect, protection, and empowerment alone complete the nation’s resolve for development.
