    Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that now bullets are not fired in the streets of Ayodhya, instead, Deepotsav takes place. Today’s Ayodhya is not going through curfew but is resonating with the echo of Sankirtan in the name of Ram. While addressing a program in Lucknow on Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi said that so far 1,000 people have applied to start homestay in Ayodhya. On one hand, people’s involvement with the homestay program will express the feeling of Atithi Devo Bhava, and on the other hand, it will become a medium of livelihood for the people.

    CM Yogi said that people’s faith and belief will also be respected in Navya Ayodhya. Tourists will also get the infrastructure there as per their interest. They will also get the opportunity to see, understand and know the mythological and historical traditions of that place. After December 30, connectivity of Ayodhya to different destinations is increasing. On January 17, we are going to start a new air service from Ayodhya, that is, Ayodhya is ready for international flights. He said that our government has provided 821 acres of land to the Airport Authority of India. In view of this, we have completed all the formalities. Today Ayodhya is not only a center of public faith but is also becoming a source of employment for millions of people. In the new Ayodhya, there will be limitless possibilities for every section of person including sailors, taxi drivers, e-rickshaw drivers.

    He said that our government has taken steps towards making Ayodhya the first solar city of the country. 200 electric buses have been made available for Ayodhya city. In the coming time we will increase it to 500. He said that we are continuously working for the cultural upliftment of Ayodhya. Ayodhya Research Institute is playing an important role in this.
