    Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, on an official visit to Germany, explored the world of vintage cars at Classic Remise Düsseldorf. He characterized the experience as a journey into history.

    Stalin, in a social media post, shared his experience, describing the visit as a nostalgic trip. He highlighted the significance of automotive innovation and history. He further mentioned the experience of seeing the first car ever made and a famous race car during the visit.

    The CM’s tour also included discussions and agreements aimed at attracting industrial investments to Tamil Nadu. The current visit has resulted in MoUs with German companies, signifying investments exceeding 3,200 crore rupees, which are expected to generate around 6,000 new jobs in the state.

    One major commitment is from Knorr-Bremse, a leading braking systems company based in Munich, which plans to invest 2,000 crore rupees to establish a state-of-the-art plant in Tamil Nadu. This project is expected to create 3,500 jobs and further boost the growth of railway components and advanced engineering in the region.

    Also, Nordex Group, a major wind turbine manufacturer, will expand its operations in Tamil Nadu, investing 1,000 crore rupees, which will create 2,500 new job opportunities.

    CM Stalin’s 8-day trip to Germany and the United Kingdom aims to secure significant industrial investments for Tamil Nadu.
