Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu wrapped up his transformative Davos journey, proclaiming it a boon for the state’s international branding efforts. The World Economic Forum provided the perfect stage to decode global industry shifts and network with elite business minds.

Thursday’s reflections from Naidu painted a picture of productive outreach. Through diverse meetings across three days, he showcased Andhra’s prowess in critical areas: sustainable energy, cutting-edge technology, AI breakthroughs, agricultural reforms, and tourism growth.

Global executives are increasingly eyeing India, Naidu asserted, fueled by its demographic dividend, robust leadership, and welcoming investment climate. Conversations delved into on-ground developments like the TCS center in Visakhapatnam, Quantum Valley plans in Amaravati, and solar projects in Kurnool.

The itinerary was grueling yet rewarding: 36+ meetings, encounters with 16 top leaders, participation in nine sessions, and key bilateral huddles with Israel, UAE, and Switzerland reps. Naidu also nurtured ties with the European Telugu diaspora, energizing them through targeted programs and media interactions.

WEF’s global lens will sharpen AP’s policy framework, Naidu believes, amplifying its worldwide appeal. This visit not only highlighted ongoing initiatives but also laid groundwork for future collaborations, signaling Andhra Pradesh’s readiness to lead in India’s economic renaissance.
