    Kyiv experienced a deadly series of attacks on Sunday, with Russian forces targeting the city and causing widespread damage. A fire erupted in an administrative building in the Pechersky district as a result of the attacks. The strikes, involving drones and missiles, resulted in three fatalities, including an infant, and 18 injuries. The attacks caused damage to several government buildings, and residential areas were also impacted. The Kyiv Mayor has condemned the attacks, calling them a terrorist act against civilians, and highlighting the devastating impact on the city.
