By issuing an order, Mashiman confirmed the validity of the 12th Migration Certificate. The Migration Certificate is printed along with the mark sheet and issued by the Board. For re-printing the Migration Certificate, the Board will have to give the work to another firm.
Naiduniya Representative, Bhopal. The migration certificate issued by Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal (MSHM) to the 12th class students this year does not have the serial number printed on it. Due to this, many students are getting troubled. Universities are also declaring the admission of students invalid. Students have complained about this to the Board. On the other hand, MSHM has issued an order not to re-print the migration certificate.
It is written in it that the validity of migration certificates issued to students who have passed 12th can be confirmed from the details mentioned in the original mark sheet issued by the Board to the concerned student.
If necessary, the validity can be confirmed by sending the migration certificate to the board’s e-mail ID. The migration certificate is printed along with the 12th exam mark sheet by the board.
This year it has been given to seven lakh students. Actually, the board had issued a tender and given the work of marksheet and migration certificate to a private firm.
The migration certificate was printed by it, but it did not print the serial number. To get the migration certificate re-printed, the board will have to give the work to another firm again. This will again result in a loss of crores of rupees. For this reason, the board is not getting it re-printed.
