The Bandikui-Jaipur Expressway is now open, representing a key segment of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. This development is anticipated to enhance regional links and boost tourism in the area. The journey from Delhi-NCR to Jaipur now takes approximately two and a half to three hours. This 66.91 km route is designed for swift, comfortable, and safe travel. It was opened to the public on July 15 following the fulfillment of all safety requirements.

The route links Sohna (Haryana) and Mozmabad (Rajasthan), passing through Bandikui, and is an essential component of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. A senior NHAI official stated that the route was fully opened after all safety standards and signage were in place.

The construction of this 66.91-km stretch cost Rs 1,368 crore. The NHAI estimates that over 15,000 vehicles utilize this new route daily, and this number is projected to grow. The expressway is engineered for high-speed travel, with a maximum permitted speed of 120 kmph.

The Bandikui-Jaipur Expressway marks a significant advancement in India’s road infrastructure. It connects Sohna in Haryana and Mozmabad in Rajasthan. This expressway is poised to drive economic progress, shorten travel times, and strengthen regional connectivity. The route is expected to boost tourism in Rajasthan and facilitate easier freight and passenger movement between Delhi-NCR and Jaipur. Travelers can now enjoy a comfortable and scenic journey, drastically reducing travel time. As part of the wider Delhi-Mumbai Expressway project, this route is set to reshape connectivity in northern and western India.
