    Delhi’s Weather Shifts: No Rain in Sight, Temperatures to Rise; Heavy Rainfall Predicted for UP, Bengal, and Mountain Areas

    Delhi’s Weather Shifts: No Rain in Sight, Temperatures to Rise; Heavy Rainfall Predicted for UP, Bengal, and Mountain Areas

    After recent heavy rainfall and significant flooding, Delhi is returning to normal. The Yamuna River’s water level is decreasing. Delhi-NCR saw heavy rainfall from September 1st to September 8th, with streets flooded and the Yamuna exceeding its danger mark. Rain has now subsided in Delhi.

    No rain is expected in Delhi-NCR for the next five days. Residents can expect rising heat and humidity. The forecast indicates no rain in Delhi from September 10th to September 15th. The period will be dry, with sunny skies and occasional cloud cover.

    Uttar Pradesh Weather Update: The weather in Uttar Pradesh is experiencing changes. A heavy rainfall alert is in effect for September 11th and 12th. Further heavy rainfall is expected on September 15th. Showers and thunderstorms are possible in parts of western and eastern UP today. No heavy rain alert has been issued. On September 11th, rain and thunderstorms are expected across both eastern and western UP. Eastern UP may experience heavy rain in some areas.

    Regional Rainfall Forecast: The weather department predicts heavy rainfall in eastern Madhya Pradesh today, in Chhattisgarh until September 13th, in Bihar until September 12th, in West Bengal and Sikkim until September 14th, in Odisha from today until September 12th, and in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands until tomorrow. Heavy rainfall is also predicted for central Maharashtra and Marathwada from September 13th to 15th, and Konkan and Goa on September 14th and 15th.

    Mountain Weather Conditions: Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in Nagaland and Manipur on September 11th and 12th, and in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya from September 12th to 14th. Rain is also likely in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. The weather department has forecasted rain in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh on September 13th, and in Uttarakhand from September 12th to 14th.
