    Raipur. 2 October 2024. Deputy Chief Minister and Minister in-charge of Bilaspur district, Shri Arun Sao inaugurated the garden at Bilaspur Collectorate today. This beautiful garden equipped with beautiful fountains presents a beautiful view. There is also a provision for rest in the garden for the people who come to the Collectorate from far away places for their various works. Shri Sao also unveiled life-size statues of the Dandi March organized under the leadership of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi here.

    Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sao also inaugurated the renovation work of the old town hall in front of the Collectorate. It has been renovated under the Smart City project. District Archaeological Building has been built in a part of the building where hundreds of sculptures and historical materials of archaeological importance have been preserved. Shri Sav also observed the idols kept in the building with curiosity. MLA Mr. Dharam Lal Kaushik, Mr. Dharamjit Singh, Mr. Sushant Shukla, District Panchayat President Mr. Arun Singh Chauhan, Collector Mr. Avnish Sharan, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Amit Kumar and District Panchayat CEO Mr. R.P. Many public representatives and distinguished citizens including Chauhan were also present during this period.
