Dhanbad Jail: Dhanbad-Jail IG Sudarshan Mandal inspected Dhanbad Jail on Friday. During the inspection for about three hours, the jail IG gave instructions to improve several points. During this time, officers posted in Mandal Kara and people of other departments were present. After inspection, the jail IG expressed satisfaction with the facilities being provided to the prisoners here. He said that there is a good arrangement of food and drinking of prisoners. Although there is a shortage of man power. He said that the work of shifting the jail elsewhere will be done fast.
Large population Jail IG is adjacent to jail wall
Jail IG Sudarshan Mandal said that the area around Mandal Kara has become crowded. A large population is adjacent to the prison wall, which can throw any goods inside anytime. In the year 2016-17, there was talk of shifting Dhanbad Mandal Kara to second place, but where is the file right now? It will be seen. The exercise to shift the jail elsewhere will be done fast.

Shortage of Kara Superintendent to security personnel
Jail IG said that there is a shortage of man power in the jail. Despite the shortage of Kara Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent Jailor, Warden and Security personnel, the jail is being operated properly. Special attention is being paid to stopping things going from outside the jail. Instructions have been given to the concerned officials for this.
