In the lead-up to West Bengal’s high-stakes assembly elections, BJP leader Dilip Ghosh has made a resounding prediction: industries will thrive in the state post-BJP government formation. This comes hot on the heels of PM Modi’s dynamic rally in Singur, where development took center stage.

Modi inaugurated key projects and rallied against TMC’s prolonged misrule. ‘After 15 years of chaos, Bengal craves real transformation. The public is set to act,’ he asserted to thunderous applause.

Aligning with Modi, Dilip Ghosh told reporters, ‘The PM’s Singur address nails it—Bengal is poised for change.’ He stressed that industrial growth hinges on BJP’s governance. ‘Look at Bihar and Odisha: we’ve built the infrastructure backbone, and in Odisha, companies launched operations in just over a year,’ Ghosh pointed out.

Bengal’s deteriorating law enforcement drew sharp criticism. ‘Poor security and zero government responsibility deter investments. A BJP regime, backed by Delhi’s infrastructure, will change that,’ he vowed.

Bankim Chandra Ghosh chimed in, lauding Modi’s role in national industrialization. ‘Development follows the PM everywhere. He committed to restarting Singur’s dormant factories. Double-engine governance ensures industries pour in,’ he noted. With Modi slated for another visit laden with crore-worth initiatives, Ghosh mocked TMC: ‘Mamata’s rule repels industries—new ones don’t come, existing flee.’

BJP’s focus on economic revival through industry could sway undecided voters, marking a pivotal election theme.
