Dipika Kakar has made her first appearance since her stage two liver cancer surgery. In a video shared with her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, she expressed deep gratitude to her fans for their support during the challenging time. Dipika shared the positive impact of prayers and well wishes.
During the vlog, she stated, “I am extremely thankful to you all for keeping me in your prayers and thoughts. The nurses were also extremely kind and positive. Several others, family members of other patients, were so nice and kind to me. I am feeling much much better.” Shoaib detailed the procedure, revealing that the tumor was successfully removed, along with the gallbladder, and a small part of the liver. He emphasized that the liver regenerates.
Dipika had previously shared her diagnosis. Dipika and Shoaib, married in 2018, have a son named Ruhaan.
