A train in Bihar was brought to a standstill for around 30 minutes due to a peculiar event involving a dog. The incident occurred in East Champaran, on the Raxaul-Samastipur passenger train. The presence of a dog, tethered inside the women’s compartment, triggered a state of panic among the passengers, resulting in their immediate evacuation from the carriage.
