Drunk Thief’s Nap Leads to Arrest After Temple Break-In

A man in Ranchi, Jharkhand, was arrested after falling asleep inside a temple he had targeted for theft. The individual, under the influence of drugs and sleeping pills, entered the Maa Kali and Sheetala Temple. He took money from the donation box and removed ornaments from a deity before falling asleep. The sleeping thief was discovered by local residents the next morning, and the police were summoned. The thief was arrested and charged with theft and property damage.
