Richa Ghosh, the celebrated wicketkeeper-batter for the Indian women’s cricket team, has been appointed as a Deputy Superintendent (DSP) in the West Bengal police. This significant career move by the state government acknowledges her heroic efforts in the recent ODI World Cup.
