    A heartbreaking road accident in the Durg district claimed the lives of a newly married couple. The couple, Shivkumar Kurre and his wife, Muskan Kurre, were traveling on a scooter when they were struck by a truck. The incident occurred near Khursipar cross-over bridge at approximately 11 PM, resulting in the couple’s immediate death. The couple had been married for only two months. Police were called to the scene and transported the bodies to Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Hospital for autopsy. In the aftermath, family members expressed their outrage and blocked the highway, demanding the arrest of the driver responsible. The police attempted to bring the situation under control.
