Govt seeks functions for 20 judicial, technical members at NCLT, NCLAT

The authorities has sought functions for 20 positions of judicial and technical members on the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
As many as 15 posts, together with that of 9 judicial members and 6 technical members, are to be crammed up on the NCLT. Besides, functions have been invited for 3 positions of judicial members and a couple of of technical members on the NCLAT.
The final date for submission of the functions on-line is November 12, as per notices issued by the company affairs ministry.In current weeks, the federal government has been filling up vacancies at varied tribunals.
